Full-Year Hassle-Free Warranty


After 30 days and for the period up to 1 year from your original date of purchase, BatteryEdge.com will repair or replace a defective product with an equivelentnon-defective product. This BatteryEdge.com warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship only. Since gradual loss of charge in rechargeable batteries is normal this will not be considered a defect. The following conditions are not covered under our warranty:

-Products ordered or suppliedfrom another merchant.(Ourproducts have serial and/or manufacturing lotnumbers unique to our company so we can track and determine the manufacturing date and factory source for our products)
-The battery is only discharged(not defective) and can be recharged, therefore it is still serviceable.
-Products damaged from abuse, misuse, tampering, overcharging, improper installation, neglect, freezing or improper conditioning.
-Removal of any warranty, lot number or serial number markings or stickers.
-The battery is improperly sized for your specific laptop computers power requirements.
-A minimum 80% charge capacity remaining in your battery after 1 year is considered normal and is not a defect which therefore would not be eligible for a warranty replacement.

Warranty claims can be initiated by contacting us by email at: customerservice@batteryedge.comor you may call us at 775-852-8400 during our normal business hours(M-F, 7 am to5 pm Pacific Time, Sat. 8 am to 2 pm)for a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number. We will need your order number, order date, your phone number, email address, part number and details about the specific product defect. Your battery return must include a check for $10 to cover the costs of battery testing and handling. Your check will be returned along with yourreplacement batteryin the event your battery is found to be defective. Customers are responsible forshipping charges back to BatteryEdge.com and for returnshipping charges.

Note the following applies to your return:

-All returns must have an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number in order to process a return request.
-Your RMA is valid for only 10 days. Your return shipment to us must have the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping box.
-Please do not mark or write on the product itself or its packaging. Use a suitable shipping box and packaging material to protect the product packaging and its contents. Damaging the product or its packaging will result in a 20% restocking fee.
-If you send your RMA back to us via the U.S. Postal Service we recommend that you request a delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost shipments returned to us. Carries including USPS and Fedex will automatically provide a delivery confirmation to you online.
-Your replacement product or credit will be issued within 10 business days after we have received your return.
