Check With Order- You can send in a check with your mailed-in order. We recommend you send a cashiers check or money order to avoid a delay for your check to clear.
Purchase Order - Official Purchase Orders will be accepted from Schools, Government and Large Corporations(Fortune 500) by Fax, E-Mail or Regular Mail. Payment Terms for Purchase Orders will be Net 30 Days from Invoice Date.

Our FedEx shipping options have been designed to be easy and reasonably priced. Unlike most internet retailers we don't make money on our shipping fees. And there are no extra handling fees. You'll receive your order when you need it and without overpaying for shipping. And we ship same day for in-stock orders placed by 6pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out Monday Morning.

BatteryEdge.com will accept returns for the following reasons:
Shipping Damage- Please notify us within 10 days of receipt of the damaged products and we will immediately replace these items. Please do not ship the damaged items back to us as we will need to file a damage claim with FedEx who may need to inspect the package and damaged products.
Defective Merchandise- Defective products will be accepted for return within 1 year of original purchase. Defective items are accepted for return only if there has been no traces of damage due to misuse or tampering.
Shipping Error - If we inadvertently shipped you the wrong item(Items different from what you ordered), we will immediately replace the product, then once we receive the incorrect products back from you we will credit you for the return plus your shipping charges to return the products back to us. You must notify us within 10 days of receiving the incorrect products.
Short Shipments - All short shipments must be reported within 10 days of delivery for credit or replacement consideration.
All Other Returns- We will accept any unused and resaleable items for return within 30 days of original purchase. These products must be in their original and unopened packaging and are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus your return shipping costs.
