How do I return a product?

Returns will only be accepted when accompanied by an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.  For an RMA Number contact BatteryEdge.com at 1-866-958-8405 or e-mail us at:  customerservice@batteryedge.com.  Non-defective returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Please send returns to:

BatteryEdge.com will accept returns for the following reasons:

Shipping Damage- Please notify us within 10 days of receipt of the damaged products and we will immediately replace these items.  Please do not ship the damaged items back to us as we will need to file a damage claim with USPS who may need to inspect the package and damaged products.

Defective Merchandise- Defective products will be accepted for return within 1 year of original purchase.  Defective items are accepted for return only if there has been no traces of damage due to misuse or tampering.

Shipping Error- If we inadvertently shipped you the wrong item(Items different from what you ordered), we will immediately replace the product,  then once we receive the incorrect products back from you we will credit you for the return plus your shipping charges to return the products back to us.  You must notify us within 10 days of receiving the incorrect products.

All Other Returns- We will accept any unused and resaleable items for return within 30 days of original purchase.  These products must be in their original and unopened packaging and are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus your return shipping costs.
